Chelsea Barraco is a true New York native and has lived all over the state- to include Rochester, the Fingerlakes, Manhattan, and various cities in the Capital Region (Albany/Saratoga/Troy).

Chelsea practiced residential real estate in the Capital Region for 3 years before relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona where she shifted her focus to commercial real estate and has not looked back. In August of 2024, Chelsea re-licensed in New York state to work alongside her former residential partner, Marshall Morgan. Chelsea recognized the need for ambitious and service-based commercial realtors in the Capital area as small business owners were not finding the service and representation they needed. In 2025 Marshall and two other real estate teams formed Empire Real Estate and invited Chelsea to come on and help build a commercial arm to the company.

Chelsea splits time between New York and Arizona as needed to serve her clients. In Arizona, Chelsea works at MHG Commercial, a small boutique commercial firm that serves clients throughout the entire Grand Canyon State.

In New York, at Empire Real Estate, Chelsea works to serve business owners statewide everywhere North of the boroughs.

In her spare time, Chelsea works as an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning certified by PATH International (Professional Assoc. of Therapeutic Horsemanship) assisting children and adults with special needs or at-risk groups with educational/therapeutic support via a specially trained horse partner.

Chelsea believes in re-investing in her community and thus, donates a portion of commission on every sale to local non-profits in New York and Arizona- specifically those that focus on animal rescue/welfare and mental health therapies, resources, and support.
